A very complete and tasty Sino-Mauritian dish that will please your guests! Hello hello, already a good weekend to all! Many of you have asked me for my fried rice recipe ! For the little explanation, the fried rice Mauritian has nothing to do with the Cantonese rice "French", I say French because here I find that we serve everything and anything in Chinese or Asian restaurants! In addition it is most of the time that frozen and it is far from being good and tasty! In Mauritius, we are lucky to have a Cantonese heritage and the cuisine is exquisite and full of flavors. It is often a dish that is made when we receive a lot of people at home but I will say that the one we do is not as good as that found in the Sino-Mauritian restaurants .
